About My Song Raining! Raining is a song I wrote in 1981,and at that time in Southern California we were getting alot of rain.I heard several people at the time saying they wished the rain would go away,so I started writing down lyrics with the idea that I like both the sunshine & the rain! The chord progression is very simple,yet I feel this is one of my most very unique and weird songs I've ever recorded!
